Notes about your visit

On your first visit an informal but necessary discussion of your health and lifestyle will be recorded. This enables me to devise a treatment plan suitable for you. It is also necessary for my insurance purposes.

It is advisable to avoid large meals and abstain from alcohol before treatments.

We recommend that you leave jewellery at home.

Appointments begin promptly.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please give 48 hour notice.

To avoid a disruption of your “me time”, please turn off mobile phones. If you wish to chat during your treatment, we’ll chat. If you wish peace and quite, you’ll have that.
